STEP 1	Install or update ON AIR on your PC Download ON AIR (http://www.djmaster.com/onair) Install ON AIR (ONAIRSetup.exe) Restart Windows if needed Run ON AIR (if it doesn't start automatically) Run Skype (if it doesn't start automatically) Run Winamp or Windows Media Player Play any song Authorize ON AIR to manage Skype Personalize your Skype Mood Message
STEP 2	Is ON AIR visible? YES: go to STEP 3. NO: go to STEP 8. Do you see ON AIR trayicon on the bottom-right corner?
STEP 3	Is BALLOON displayed? YES: go to STEP 4. NO: go to STEP 9. When you play songs does the balloon display song author and title?
STEP 4	Is Skype Mood Message updated? YES: go to STEP 11. NO: go to STEP 5. When you play songs does the mood message display song author and title?
STEP 5	Is ON AIR attached? YES: go to STEP 9 and STEP 10. NO: go to STEP 6. Open ON AIR main window: click right-mouse button over ON AIR trayicon click left-mouse button over Restore Check status on bottom-left main window corner:
STEP 6	Is ON AIR authorized to manage Skype? YES: go to STEP 9 and STEP 10. NO: remove previous authorization, go to STEP 7. Skype main menu: click Tools click Options click Advanced click Manage other programs' access to Skype
STEP 7	Have you authorized ON AIR to manage Skype? YES: go to STEP 4. NO: go to STEP 6.
STEP 8	Is ON AIR process running? YES: if ON AIR is listed then kill and restart it, go to STEP 2. NO: if ON AIR is not listed, go to STEP 1. Press CTRL+ALT+DEL:
STEP 9	Have you enabled Now Playing Plugin in Windows Media Player? YES: go to STEP 4. NO: enable it, go to STEP 3.
STEP 10	Have you set player Preferences? YES: go to STEP 4. NO: set preerences, go to STEP 3.
STEP 11	Personalize your Skype Mood Message Open ON AIR main window: click right-mouse button over ON AIR trayicon click left-mouse button over Restore Edit the Rich Mood Text and save your messages.
